With over 50 years as a licensed real estate professional, Ron Sandora is a highly respected industry leader whose vision and expertise have shaped the commercial real estate landscape in Michigan and beyond. As co-founder of Sandora & Fiteny Real Estate, Ron brings a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction, grounded in decades of hands-on experience across complex commercial, industrial, and residential real estate.
Ron began his career on the Financial Staff of General Motors Corporation, where his strong analytical skills led to his advancement to the GMC Real Estate Staff.

Over the next 30+ years, he played a critical role in managing and negotiating major commercial leases, the purchase and disposition of land and buildings, and high-value industrial and commercial real estate transactions throughout North America.
His extensive background includes a large volume of land acquisitions and building purchases that helped support corporate expansion strategies, portfolio optimization, and development initiatives. His ability to assess value, navigate regulatory challenges, and close complex deals has made him a trusted advisor in both public and private sectors.

In addition to his commercial work, Ron has overseen numerous residential projects and home restorations, offering clients the benefit of his broad industry perspective and attention to detail.

A lifelong Michigan resident and 1972 graduate of Walsh College, Ron lives in Clarkston and continues to serve clients with integrity, expert negotiation skills, and a deep passion for real estate.

Licensed since 1993, Lorrie began her career in a boutique brokerage, where she spent 12 years before co-founding Sandora & Fiteny Real Estate with her father, Ron Sandora, in the heart of downtown Clarkston. A proud Clarkston resident since 1990, she raised two children who both graduated from Clarkston High School and went on to earn degrees from Michigan State University. Her son, Michael, is currently finishing chiropractic school, and her daughter, Ally, was recently married marking another joyful milestone for the family.

Before entering real estate, Lorrie spent a decade in advertising at global agency BBDO, where she managed national dealer programs for Dodge. This background gives her a unique edge in marketing properties with creativity and precision.
